LIMITED WARRANTY
Ivory Hair Company offers a limited one-year warranty on Ivory Hair Company Bundles, Closures and Frontals. Our limited warranty covers the product against damage caused by faulty material and/or craftsmanship. At our discretion, Ivory Hair Company will exchange the damaged/defective product.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1. Damage due to improper care or failure to follow care instructions enclosed with product packaging or on the website.
2. Damage as a result of day-to-day wear.
3. Damage resulting from exposure to excessive high temperature heat and/or chemicals (such as dye, color, or bleach..etc.).
